Here´s my pitch for a hilariously-twisted sci-fi romance: Lux Stellaris, the galaxy´s most popular singer, is declared dead following a transporter accident, but a space cadet and devoted fan can´t give up on him and works tirelessly to repair the transporter and reconstruct his idol´s lost signal. His goal within sight, the cadet secretly uses himself as a guinea pig to see the transporter is safe to use, but a fluke mixes his signal with Lux´s lost signal, bringing the two face-to-face in one body. Long story short, after no small amount of chaos and confusion, Lux is moved by the efforts of his devoted fan, whom he nicknames Sparky, and gives him a makeover, so he can take him on tour as his new backup singer. They´re not quiet a couple by the standard definition, but they form a unique relationship all their own.
